Levels follow recent deposits, not tier outcomes. VIP: $1,000+ deposited in the last 14 days, or a 50%+ chance of reaching it. VIP near miss: a 30-50% chance, or VIP money with Playthrough 2.5× to 3.5×. CRM: new or back after a quiet month, projected $500 to $1,000. Deep Lapsing: tagged Deep Lapsing and back at VIP money. Pending shows the selected level. Any saved action, including No action, moves a player to Handled, which also holds players in Pre-VIP. Archive holds reviewed players who left the model: they became VIP, Risk or an abuser, were suspended, or fell below the levels. Handled and Archive show every level, with the level each player was on. Clear an action to return a player to Pending while they are still on the list.

Classification is your call: Promo, Fraud, AML, or Not an abuser. Red cells are hints at fixed cuts, not a verdict. A player moves to Handled only when both the type and the action are saved; either can be saved first and changed later. Make any account or offer changes separately in Back Office. Only currently eligible, active candidates appear in Pending or Handled. Archive holds reviewed players who no longer fall in the model: they left the list, were tagged Risk or abuser in Back Office, were suspended, or became VIP.
